Whether you're trying to save the world from an Evil Coffee Mastermind, brewing your favourite Colombian coffee with your pals at home, or using it on bar to serve your Morning Blend, the Mighty Small Glass Carafe is a coffee partner that always has your back. Method:

Agent Barista's Classified Recipe:

  1. Turn on Stagg EKG Kettle. Set to 92°C (198°F)
  2. Weigh 22g of Secret Agent Roast from Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister
  3. Grind Coffee on Ode Brew Grinder between 3 and 4 (20 and 25 on Baratza Encore)
  4. Prewet Filter and Preheat Stagg Pour-Over Dripper Mighty Small Glass Carafe
  5. Preheat Joey Double Walled Ceramic Mugs
  6. Discard Preheat Water From Carafe
  7. Add Ground Coffee to Filter. Shake Gently to Level the Coffee Bed
  8. Start Timer on Stagg EKG
  9. Pour 70g of Water for Bloom. Agitate Gently for 10 seconds with Stir Stick
  10. When Timer Reaches 45 Seconds, Continue Pouring in a Controlled Circular Motion
  11. Finish Pouring When Scale Reads 360g
  12. Give Gentle Stir Around Edge of Dripper. Wait for Water to Completely Draw Down
  13. Discard Water From Joey Mugs
  14. Pour Delicious Coffee from Mighty Small Glass Carafe in Joey Mugs
  15. Serve Coffee to Evil Prince with a Smile

We want to support the community of coffee and tea in a way that feeds and supports everyone involved in the rich and meaningful culture of coffee and tea from producers around the world, to the people who get the products to us here in Edmonton, to the retailers and businesses that sell or serve us the products.
