Classical Series Coffee Subscription

In Stock

If you're someone who enjoys coffee that tastes like coffee—you know, the darker roasts, the chocolatey and nutty ones that pair well with milk and cream —you're in for a treat.

With our new Classical Series, we'll introduce you to coffees that are like the ones you grew up withbut much better. We've partnered with some of the most discerning coffee connoisseurs around to pick specialty-grade beans that will be delicious and surprising. Sure, they're darker and more full-bodied--but we wanted them to have subtle aromas and flavors too!

Each month we'll send you a new coffee from a different local roaster in Alberta.

We're so excited to welcome you to our subscription club! What you should know:

  • We choose coffees that are in season and freshly roasted within 7 days of your subscription.

  • When you join our coffee subscription, it's like joining a club. We're planning regular meet-ups in small groups where we'll explore different coffees, brewing techniques, etc.

  • Throughout your subscription, we'll touch base regularly to explore your preferences and even learn about your coffee set-up so we can personalize your experience.

  • We go to great lengths to make sure the coffees we choose are the cleanest around. That means we ensure your coffee is sourced from small batch farmers who care about quality and growing their crops in a way that supports the natural environment—meaning they don't use pesticides and other harmful chemicals.

You can change or cancel anytime, so there's no need to worry.  Pricing includes shipping anywhere in Alberta and a surprise local treat.

Our Mission

We're on a mission to bridge the gap between a better cup of coffee and tea at home and the producers who are passionate about producing it.

We believe that life is like a garden. It can provide so much but it needs to be fed and cultivated. We want to support the community of coffee and tea in a way that feeds and supports everyone involved in the rich and meaningful culture of coffee and tea from producers around the world, to the people who get the products to us here in Edmonton, to the retailers and businesses that sell or serve us the products.

Support Local

What's the difference between buying something on Amazon versus a local craftsperson?

No one will dispute the advantages of big box stores like Walmart and massive online retailers like Amazon. Selection, convenience and price are the three that tend to come to mind for most of us.

While these benefits make a difference in our lives, a question we want to ask is, “what are the invisible costs of buying from these huge multinational companies instead of buying from your local producers and retailers?” They range from jobs lost, to lack of community culture and local innovation and environmental impacts.
