Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister

$40.00
In Stock

Guard the goods. Oxygen makes coffee stale and robs your brew of its full potential. Atmos banishes air, moisture, and odours to stop your beans from aging out before you’ve enjoyed the whole bag. The integrated vacuum pump sucks air out to prevent oxidation and extend coffee’s shelf life up to 50%. This canister is coated in matte white stainless steel for an extra layer of protection from flavour-sucking sunlight. An integrated vacuum pump keeps the vacuum magic all in the lid so you never have to hunt down a separate piece. Just twist the lid back and forth to remove air from the inside and watch the dot on the vacuum lock indicator drop to reveal a green ring. The vacuum is now locked to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of coffee and other pantry items. An airtight silicone seal stops air, moisture, odours, and other funk from seeping in. When the contents of your Atmos are calling your name, press the easy release button to unlock and bring the air pressure back to normal. Don't just limit your Atmos to coffee! You can store cereal, nuts, cookies, candy, or whatever else could benefit from the banishment of air. Specs:

  • Choose between three sizes: 400ml canister holds up to 6 oz of coffee beans, 700ml canister holds up to 10 oz of coffee beans, and 1.2L canister holds up to 16 oz of coffee beans.
  • Do not place Atmos upside down while storing content inside. Refrain from putting fine powder inside: flour, finely ground coffee, etc. This may cause clogging of the vacuum lid.
  • Not dishwasher safe, hand wash only

700ml & 1.2L are out of stock.

Our Mission

We're on a mission to bridge the gap between a better cup of coffee and tea at home and the producers who are passionate about producing it.

We believe that life is like a garden. It can provide so much but it needs to be fed and cultivated. We want to support the community of coffee and tea in a way that feeds and supports everyone involved in the rich and meaningful culture of coffee and tea from producers around the world, to the people who get the products to us here in Edmonton, to the retailers and businesses that sell or serve us the products.

Support Local

What's the difference between buying something on Amazon versus a local craftsperson?

No one will dispute the advantages of big box stores like Walmart and massive online retailers like Amazon. Selection, convenience and price are the three that tend to come to mind for most of us.

While these benefits make a difference in our lives, a question we want to ask is, “what are the invisible costs of buying from these huge multinational companies instead of buying from your local producers and retailers?” They range from jobs lost, to lack of community culture and local innovation and environmental impacts.
