If you've been looking for a treat, and you're someone who wants to take time out of your day to explore new territory—maybe with a little adventure thrown in—our exotic series subscription is for you.

 

It's not meant to replace your everyday coffee, but rather to add to your enjoyment of it. With our Exotic Series, you'll receive 6 exclusive shipments per year (1 every 2 months), which will introduce you to some of the highest ranked coffees around, including championship winning micro-lots and single origin coffees from the very best roasteries all over the world.

 

Most of our clients will have either an Adventure, Classical, Family and/or Decaf Series subscription which ships monthly, along with an Exotic Series subscription. 

 

We're so excited to welcome you to our subscription club! What you should know:

 

  • Our Exotic series will open up the possibility of experiencing the very best coffees from across the world—we're hand-picking coffees from roasteries across North America, Europe and the world.

  • When you join our coffee subscription, it's like joining a club. We're planning regular meet-ups in small groups where we'll explore different coffees, brewing techniques, etc. 

  • Throughout your subscription, we'll touch base regularly to explore your preferences and even learn about your coffee set-up so we can personalize your experience.

  • A typical bag will weight between 200g and 354g.

You can change or cancel anytime, so there's no need to worry. Pricing includes shipping anywhere in Alberta and a surprise local treat.

Our Mission

We're on a mission to bridge the gap between a better cup of coffee and tea at home and the producers who are passionate about producing it.

We believe that life is like a garden. It can provide so much but it needs to be fed and cultivated. We want to support the community of coffee and tea in a way that feeds and supports everyone involved in the rich and meaningful culture of coffee and tea from producers around the world, to the people who get the products to us here in Edmonton, to the retailers and businesses that sell or serve us the products.

What's the difference between buying something on Amazon versus a local craftsperson?

No one will dispute the advantages of big box stores like Walmart and massive online retailers like Amazon. Selection, convenience and price are the three that tend to come to mind for most of us.

While these benefits make a difference in our lives, a question we want to ask is, “what are the invisible costs of buying from these huge multinational companies instead of buying from your local producers and retailers?” They range from jobs lost, to lack of community culture and local innovation and environmental impacts.
