You've got to try this coffee. It's a dark roast from Brazil with a delicate balance of dark chocolate, toasted almonds and hints of cherries that will leave your taste buds wanting more.

 

This lot is fully traceable as part of the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program. Coffees certified with the Designation of Origin are grown on farms in an area encompassing 55 municipalities that produce coffees with a unique identity, resulting from the combination of climate, soil, terrain, elevation, and the “know-how” of producers.

 

This coffee was roasted using a Bellwether electric roaster, which is currently the only one of its kind in Edmonton!
